HOLY SPIRIT FALL SPORTS
Welcome parents. Fall sports begin on August 10th, 2026. All students planning to participate in Fall Sports this season must submit a PAL Emergency Form and Physical / Medical Release prior to the beginning of play, preferably at the tryouts or first practice.
VARSITY BOYS FOOTBALL:
Football is a Varsity Sport, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade boys are eligible to participate. The Team's first practice will be on Monday August 10th at 3:00 to 4:15 pm in Land Park. The Team will practice Monday 3:10 to 4:30 pm, Wednesday 2:10 to 3:30 pm, and Thursday 3:10 to 4:30 pm. The players will need appropriate attire for practice, cleats, and a football mouthpiece. Game days TBD.
GIRLS VOLLEYBALL:
JV Volleyball grades are 5th and 6th. Varsity Volleyball grades are 7th and 8th. There will be a JV Comp and JV Rec team. There will be a Varsity Comp and Varsity Rec team. There will be an open Gym and sign up for volleyball on Monday August 10th; JV 5:00 to 6:00 pm, Varsity 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
- Volleyball assessments / tryouts; Tuesday August 12th and Wednesday August 13th, JV from 5:00 to 6:00 pm. Varsity 6:00 to 7:00 pm.
- The JV REC Team will practice on Mondays 3:15 to 4:30 pm and Wednesday 2:15 to 3:30 pm. (Games Friday nights @HSPS)
- The JV Comp Team will practice Monday and Wednesday 4:30 to 6:00 pm. (Games Friday or Sunday)
- The Varsity Comp Team will practice Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 to 7:30 pm. Games will be on Thursdays)
CO-ED CROSS COUNTRY:
JV grades are 5th and 6th. Varsity grades (6th), 7th, and 8th. Cross Country practice will be Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6:00m pm in Land Park on the walking path near the pond across from HSPS. Runners will need to commit to making at least one XC practice per week to run in XC meets if they plan to play multiple sports in the Fall.
The Team's first practice will be Monday August 17th. The meets TBD.
